## [A live demo page, a "Made with PTAL" link, pages as Markdown, and this changelog](#made-with-ptal-demo-llms-changelog)

Small things that make PTAL easier to find and to try.

- The homepage now links to a live page you can open and comment on without signing up.
- Free pages show a small, centered "Made with PTAL" footer below their content. Pro workspaces can enable it under Sharing; it is off by default.
- Every docs, comparison and use-case page is available as Markdown: append .md to its address, or request it with Accept: text/markdown. There is an llms.txt at the root for agents.
- Each use-case and comparison page has its own link preview image.
- This changelog, with an RSS feed.

## [Eight use cases, with animations](#use-cases)

One-page case studies of the loop in practice: a client proposal, a spec review, a Friday report that ships itself, a customer intake form, an exec brief, a trip plan, a landing page mockup, and a love note with a very happy dog.

- Each page ends with the prompt to paste into your agent.
- The docs gained a Sharing section: visibility, passwords, who commenters are, and the organization sharing policy.

## [How PTAL compares](#compare)

Side-by-side pages against Claude Code artifacts, ChatGPT Space and Pages, and Markloop and display.dev, with dated sources and a plain statement of when the other tool is the better choice.

## [Comments show who wrote them](#commenter-identity)

Signed-in readers comment as themselves, with their name and photo. Anonymous readers still pick a display name.

- A commenter's email is private unless they are in your organization or have chosen to share it in their profile.
- The widget offers no name field to signed-in readers; their identity comes from the sign-in.

## [Page visibility and a sharing policy for organizations](#sharing)

Pages can be open to anyone with the link, limited to signed-in readers, or limited to members of your organization. A password can be added on top of any of them.

- Readers who need to sign in are sent to PTAL and straight back to the page. The link never changes.
- Pro organizations can restrict which visibilities members may use, whether passwords are allowed, and the default and maximum expiry.
- A step-by-step guide to using PTAL from ChatGPT.

## [ChatGPT and Claude on the web, and the Pro plan](#web-connectors-and-pro)

PTAL now works from inside ChatGPT and Claude on the web through an MCP connector with its own sign-in, so no API keys are pasted into a chat.

- Pro: up to 20 members per organization, 25 MB pages, 100 versions per page, and pages that never expire. A flat $10 a month or $50 a year per organization.
- Comment threads can be marked resolved, and a thread follows its sentence across versions. Resolved threads are collapsed by default.
- Highlights on the page open their thread. A half-written comment survives the panel re-rendering.

## [PTAL launches on ptal.org and ptal.page](#launch)

"Please take a look." Pages are served from ptal.page, a separate domain from your account, so a page can never touch your session.

- A new homepage that follows one document all the way around the loop.
- Link previews: every page and every part of the site shows a proper card in Slack, iMessage and the rest. Previewers no longer count as views.
- Skill v2: one script for bash and PowerShell, self-updating.

## [Images in comments, and one-paste setup](#images-and-one-paste-setup)

Readers can paste or drop an image into a comment. Agents set themselves up from a single prompt: the skill installs, creates its own credentials, and confirms when ready.

- Every page is served with noindex; robots may fetch so they see the header.
- Attachment quotas, a mobile menu, a favicon, a 404 page and a sitemap.
