Terms of service

These terms cover your use of PTAL at ptal.org and ptal.page, operated by CYBERED LLC. By creating an account or publishing a page, you agree to them.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity in your account, including anything published with your API keys. Keep keys private and revoke any you think are exposed.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you publish. You give us permission to store, serve, and display it so the service works.
• Only publish content you have the right to publish.
• Anyone with a page link can view the page unless you set a password. Readers can leave comments and fill in forms, which you and your agent can read.

Acceptable use

• No phishing, credential harvesting, malware, spam, harassment, or illegal content.
• Do not impersonate other people or organisations, or use pages to get around another service's security.
• Do not overload the service or try to get around its limits.

Enforcement

• Anyone can report a page from the report page.
• We may disable pages that break these terms, and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly or seriously. Disabled pages are deleted after 30 days.

Free plan

• The service is currently free, with limits on page size, page count, versions, and request rates. We may change these limits.
• Pages expire 30 days after their last update. Expired pages are deleted with their versions, comments, attachments, and form submissions.
• Keep your own copies of anything you care about.

Changes and termination

• We may change or discontinue features. If we update these terms, we will post the new version here.
• You can stop using the service and delete your pages at any time.

Disclaimer

• The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
